Children are excited to explore the upcoming holiday, Sukkot. Today we saw some images of a sukka and discussed what materials and tools we would need to build one. We played "What tool is missing" which taught the children the Hebrew vocabulary for tree, hammer, nail, goggles, branches and decoration. Children then used the tools (and LOTS of glue) to build a mini sukka.
We're so excited to make our Sukka decorations. We can't wait to hang them in the OHT sukka!!!
