We played an awesome movement game outside today! Noa introduced the Kubiyah T'nuah, or the Movement Cube. Each side of the cube had an action for the children to perform, some of which included: Jump! Run! Fly like a bird! Stretch! and Give thanks for our bodies! We took turns tossing it into the air and seeing where it would land. We helped each other give count-offs for our friends as they tossed the cube. We discussed why our bodies are so important to us and ways we take care of our bodies, like brushing our teeth and most importantly - movement and exercise!
